Anthony Henderson Obituary, Death Cause – Sunday evening, the Lexington County Coroner’s Office made public the identity of the guy who passed away as a result of an accident that occurred the previous week in South Carolina. Coroner Margaret Fisher stated that Anthony J. Henderson, a resident of Lexington who was 36 years old, passed away in the accident that occurred on May 3.
According to Cpl. Tyler Tidwell of the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the collision involving a single car took place at approximately 5:45 p.m. on Muddy Springs Road. Tidwell stated that Henderson was driving a 2006 GMC Envoy eastbound on Muddy Springs Road when the SUV went off the right side of the road at the intersection of Bledsoe Drive. That is located in the Red Bank neighborhood, close to Interstate 20.
According to Tidwell, the SUV ran off the road and overturned after colliding with a ditch. According to Fisher, Henderson was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident and consequently passed away at the site. According to Tidwell, Henderson was the only person in the SUV, and there have been no reports of anyone else being injured.
There was no information provided about what may have caused the SUV to go off the road; nevertheless, the Highway Patrol and the coroner’s office are continuing their investigation into the collision.
