Arlene Millard Obituary, Death Cause – Titusville resident Arlene Elizabeth Millard passed away on Monday, May 8, 2023, at the UPMC Hamot in Erie. She was 62 years old. She had reached the age of 65.
Arlene was born to her parents, Charles L. Ohl, Sr. and June Bearce, on July 19, 1957, in the city of Titusville. Sadly, both of Arlene’s parents have passed away since their daughter’s birth. On August 9, 1975, she tied the knot with Marty Millard, which marked the beginning of her new life with her husband.

She received her diploma from Maplewood High School, the institution at which she had been a student for the entirety of her secondary education. Arlene was a devoted mother who never left her children’s side, choosing instead to remain at home with them. She found satisfaction in a wide range of pursuits, including crocheting, canning, baking, fishing, gardening, and even just spending time with the people she cared about the most, such as her family and friends. She was a devout member of the Chapmanville Community church and was a regular attendee of services held there.

Arlene is survived by her husband Marty; her three children, Jackson Millard and wife Stacie of Titusville, Michael Millard and wife Wakako of Titusville, and Meranda Millard of Franklin; her six grandchildren, Samantha Hartley and husband Tyler, Annu Millard, Sion Millard, and Runa Millard all of Titusville, and Nakoma Millard of Franklin; her two great grandchildren, Timothy Hinkle, III and companion Lindsay Harrah; and her Prior to her own departure, both of her brothers, Charles L. Ohl Jr. and Wilson Ohl, had previously crossed over to the other side.
