Brian Baker Car Accident – The unfortunate death of Brian Baker, proprietor of the Bellport Brewing Company, occurred in a car accident on Mastic Beach. On Tuesday afternoon, Baker was driving his 2022 Hyundai northbound on Mastic Road, just north of Blanco Drive, when the accident took place. It is thought that Baker experienced a medical emergency while he was driving, which resulted in him losing control of the vehicle. This is according to the police. After that, the vehicle went past the lanes of traffic going south and collided with a tree as well as a utility pole.

A moriches resident named Baker, who was 43 years old and worked for the Mastic Beach Ambulance Company, was pronounced deceased at the site of the accident by a member of the medical staff. A female passenger in the vehicle, age 16, had some minor injuries but was able to walk away from the accident scene and is now in the care of her family. Baker was a well-known figure in the brewing scene on Long Island, so the news of his passing came as a shock to many people.
