Canberra Raiders Teenager Jacob Losefa Car Accident – After being involved in a car accident on Monday, SG Ball player Jacob Iosefa was taken to the hospital, according to a statement released by Canberra. The club confirmed the news in a statement that was issued first thing on Wednesday morning. Friends of the Iosefa family have started a GoFundMe campaign in order to help raise money for the family so that they can receive financial assistance with Jacob’s medical bills, as well as food and lodging while he is in the hospital.
According to the statement, the Canberra Raiders are able to announce that SG Ball player Jacob Iosefa is still being treated in the Intensive Care Unit at Canberra Hospital after being involved in a motor vehicle accident on Monday evening. “The Raiders have been assisting Jacob and his family, who have traveled all the way from Wagga Wagga to be with him,” the statement reads.
