Charon Mayfield Obituary, Death Cause – Her stepfather, Everett Smith, brother, Richard Dickinson, daughter, Cynthia, son, Michael, and two granddaughters, Brianna Arford and Gracie Layne Robbins, all died before her. She was predeceased by her stepfather, Everett Smith, and her brother, Richard Dickinson, in addition to her parents. Her three daughters, Louise Turner, Dora Davis and husband, Gene Davis, and Donna Pitcher, as well as her son, Larry Beck, are all Paragould residents.

Charon’s family survives her. She is also survived by two sisters, Betty Starrick of Kentucky and Gloria Dean Beasley of Paragould, as well as Gloria Dean Beasley’s husband, Cletes Beasley, and two brothers, BJ Smith of Jonesboro and Ronnie Smith of Paragould. Charon’s grandchildren include Sarah Pitcher, Jessica Howard, Eric Davis, Travis Davis, Jade Beck, and Katie Beck. Scott Jones and Kristy Jones, Jennifer Fisher and Fince Fisher

Amber Lancaster and Billy Lancaster, Heather Robbins and Randall Robbins, and Amber and Billy Lancaster are all survivors.Her ten great grandchildren include Bryce and Kelby Fisher, Patience, Andrea, Tyler, Zander, and Conner Lancaster, Nevaeh Quintana, Lily Jones, and Austin Arford. She is survived by her niece and nephew, Ladeana and Lenny Beasley; niece, Rona Kay Smith; and four nephews, Brian, Billy, Bruce, and Aaron Smith; as well as a wide circle of friends.
