Corey Grossman Obituary, Death Cause – The life of Corey Grossman has ended. Corey’s maternal grandfather, Poppy Carl Joseph, died first, followed by his paternal grandparents, Papa and Nana Howard, and his uncle, Tim Howard. Corey died after all of his other relatives had passed away. In addition, his cousin Meredith Lord passed away not too long ago. At Hilltop Lutheran Church, Corey received both his baptism and confirmation, and we are confident that he is now enjoying his eternal life in Heaven. Heaven is now home to a stunning new resident. He was usually very patient and kind toward children.

They couldn’t help but be pulled to him. Corey was a skilled angler, and he and his father spent many happy hours on Lake Erie, Eagle Lake, and Diamond Lake in Michigan, where they fished together. He was a fan of Notre Dame and enjoyed working on autos and woodworking in his spare time. He was in the process of rebuilding his Chevy Truck and was getting very close to finishing it. Did I mention that he was a really good dancer? he was. He has a wide variety of skills thanks to God. We count ourselves extremely fortunate to have had him in our lives for a total of 31 years.

Corey is survived by his son, Carter Joseph Howard of South Bend, his parents, Ricky and Mindy (Joseph) Howard of South Bend, his brother Chris Howard (Tia) of South Bend, his maternal grandmother Eileen Joseph (Nanny), one niece; Carly Jo Howard, who adores her Uncle Corey, and his Uncle Gary and Aunt Tracie Howard of Mishawaka, as well as his Uncle Stevo and Aunt Lorri Lord of Indianapolis, along with several cousins.
