Courtney Tower Obituary, Death Cause – Courtney Claude Tower, age 82, of Sackville, New Brunswick, and formerly of Johnson’s Mills, New Brunswick, passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at the Drew Nursing Home with his devoted wife, Gail, by his side. It is with deep regret that we share the news of his passing. Courtney Tower was the son of the late Claude Tower, and he was born in Sackville, New Brunswick. Courtney was a talented “Jack of All Trades,” and he was capable of doing anything he set his mind to.
He was the type of person who would help anyone who asked him for it. Courtney had a wonderful sense of humor, was an excellent listener, and was never without a smile or a joke for anybody she encountered. He will be much missed by his wife, children, and grandchildren because he cherished the time he spent with his family. Courtney is left by his wife of 58 years, Gail (Thompson), who resides in Sackville; his children, Courtney Jr. (Lorelei), Nappan, NS, Bradley, Moncton, and Tammy, Moncton; three grandchildren, Courtnay.
Scott, and Jacob; as well as two great grandchildren, Jadyn and Owen. Courtney also leaves behind two great-grandchildren. Courtney was treated with compassion and care by the personnel of the Fundy Unit at the Drew Nursing Home when he was a patient there. Keanne and Ruby deserve an especially special thank you for the compassion and care they provided for Courtney during his stay. The family wishes to offer their sincere gratitude to the staff of the Fundy Unit. The funeral home is located at 70 Bridge Street in Sackville. In accordance with the directives that Courtney left behind, her body has been cremated, and there will be no services or visitation held.
