Dr Lionel Meadows Obituary, Death Cause – The investigation into the fatal plane crash that occurred yesterday evening about 7 o’clock in Polk County, Nebraska, is still going on, and WNEG is continuing to monitor it. Authorities from the FAA and local agencies have not yet made an official identification of the pilot, despite the fact that local officials stated early in the day that the incident had been fatal for the pilot and lone occupant of the plane, and the FAA incident report verifies that the accident was fatal.

It is believed that a well-known physician from the Toccoa area who runs a successful plastic surgery clinic in Banks County at Banks Crossing was flying the plane, and the plane was registered in his name.

The Georgia Secretary of State’s office lists Lionel D. Meadows as the LLC’s owner, despite the fact that the plane is registered to Georgia Company of Aspiring Flyers LLC of Clarkesville, which is located in Georgia. According to unofficial information provided to WNEG, Dr. Meadows was the sole occupant of the plane and also served as its pilot. It is believed that the weather played a role in causing the accident that took place at approximately 7:30 p.m. close to Reliance, Tennessee, in the very mountainous r gion of extreme southeast Tennessee, which is located where the states of Tennessee, Georgia, and North Carolina border each other.
