According to the information provided by Dwight Mitchell, a spokesperson of the LMPD, the incident took place at approximately 1:45 in the morning. After receiving information that shots had been fired in the 500 block of Douglas Park, officers from the Fourth Division of the Little Rock Police Department were dispatched to the location.
