I was left with a heavy heart after hearing the news that another someone had lost their struggle against their own battle this year, and I would like to extend my condolences to the family of George DeBoe. I was left with the news that another individual had lost their fight against their own battle this year.

It would appear that I have lost all of my photographs, with the sole exception of this one; however, the spur-of-the-moment trip that my mothers and I took to Detroit a few years ago to watch the Lions play a football game against the Packers will remain ingrained in my memory for the rest of my life. The game was between the Packers and the Lions, and we went to watch it.

I want you to know that despite the passage of time, I will never forget what a fantastic friend you were to me. Please take my message to heart. I am so sorry that we have not been in touch over the past few years; nevertheless, I want you to know that regardless of how much time has passed, I will never forget how amazing you were.
