Jason Butler Obituary, Death Cause – During this trying time, we want the family and friends of Jason Butler to know that our thoughts and prayers are with them. Please accept our condolences. Community Healthcore has been fortunate to have Jason and Forbes & Butler as amazing partners over the course of a number of years. We share the same sense of loss that they do upon the news of his passing.

We are conveying the news to you with a very heavy heart that Jason passed away suddenly on Friday evening as the consequence of a motorbike accident involving only one car. The accident occurred as Jason was riding his motorcycle. Our hearts are shattered, but this week, our primary focus is on aiding his wife, Shelly, and their two daughters in coming to terms with his departure and in making funeral arrangements.

Our hearts go out to you all. Jason had a personality that was larger than life, which he combined with his creativity and excitement to create a legacy that will be dearly missed. During this challenging time, we are appreciative of your compassion and tolerance. May God grant his family peace and comfort in this time of need. We ask that you pray for them. A Celebration of Life will be held at their house on the following Saturday, the 6th of May, and guests are welcome to come and go during the day.

Instead of flowers at this time, Shelly would rather monetary contributions to be made toward the development of a mural that will include one of Jason’s screen prints. The painting will be placed within the 100 Acres of Heritage and the Cultural District because Jason is currently serving on the Main Street board, which is dedicated to the downtown area and the Arts!Longview district.
