Leah Rae Obituary Patterson, A RHS Young Life Alumni Has Died

Leah Rae Obituary, Death Cause – It is too late to save Leah Rae. We extend our sincerest condolence. According to a post that was made online, “it is with the deepest sorrow that we grieve the loss of Leah Patterson.” Leah graduated from RHS’s Young Life program. She was known as a “Rae” of sunshine by everyone who knew her. Her family and the many friends she has are in our thoughts and prayers.

I pray that even in the middle of their anguish, they are able to feel the serenity that comes from you, which is beyond our comprehension. Jesus, stay close to them at all times. Hershel and Henrietta (née Iwig) Lingler, as well as her brother Robert Peters, passed away before she did. She was the last surviving member of her family. Leah was a dedicated patron of the written word and spent many years working as a volunteer at the Fairfield Branch of the Lane Public Library.

In addition to that, she volunteered for youth organizations including Little League Baseball and the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, and she crocheted more than one hundred blankets for the Linus Project. She attended the St. Ann Catholic Church in Hamilton, where she was a member. The family would like to express their gratitude to the caring professionals at both Birchwood of Fairfield Township and Hospice of Southwest Ohio for the assistance and care that they provided. Funeral arrangements will be made at a later time and day, at the family’s earliest discretion. The family is being assisted by Albert D. Hinkel, who is a funeral director working at Charles C. Young Funeral Home in Ross, Ohio. Instead of sending flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to Hospice of Southwest Ohio. And to you, Leah, we bid you a warm welcome home, kid. You lived, and you lived a good life.
