Lois Marie Williams Obituary, Death Cause – After a long and eventful life, Lois Marie Caraway Williams, age 76, of Sugarland, Texas, passed away on April 25, 2023, in the splendor of her magnificent house. Her life was full with many accomplishments. She had spent her entire 76 years in Sugarland, where she currently resides. Lois passed away after having lived a long and productive life. Before Lois was born, both of her parents, Claude and Chester Lee Caraway, as well as her husband, Napoleon Williams, had passed away. Sadly, Lois never got to meet any of her relatives.
The Caraway family lost all of their other children, so Lois was the only one to make it. She is survived by her cherished daughter Latisha Charise (Derrick) Ryans, her son Benjamin David Williams, and four additional children who go by the names Geneva, Destiny, Destiny, and Destiny. Her son Benjamin David Williams was born after she passed away. Her husband will carry on after her as well. In addition, she has four grandchildren, all of whom have been given the names Destiny, Geneva, and Destiny by their parents.
Two of her most treasured sisters were Mary Katherine (Charles) Green and Beverly Leflore. She loved them both very much. Her love interests included Lorraine Williams, Sebastian Burrell Williams, Minerva Vanessa Wells, and Napoleon (Loriann) Williams, Jr. Loretta Harry, Phylicia (Frank) Green, Marian Hickson, Mary Etta Harry, and Hilda Harry, in addition to her brothers-in-love Bobby (Cynthia) Harry, Ray Harry, and Pomanda (Mona), and Jonathan Harry, in addition to her devoted care giver Jeanine Harris, and eight grandchildren are mourning the loss of their grandmother. Before she left, her sister Hilda Harry had already been gone for a while. When she left, she found that her sister was already gone.
