Mark Green Obituary, Death Cause – The untimely passing on May 9, 2023 of our fellow inmate and friend, CCI Mark Green, at such a young age has left the Norton Correctional Facility in a condition of extreme melancholy that has stayed throughout this past week. This level of melancholy has persisted over the duration of this past week. Even though Green passed away at such a young age, this sense of melancholy has endured despite the fact that it was an unfortunate event.

Since February of 2019, he was an indispensable member of our team. He was well-known for his unwavering dedication to work as well as his love for catering to the requirements of other people. The month of March of this year was when he left for his trip. This year, he went on his trip during the month of April. He was gone for the entire month. It was the year 2019 when he passed away, and the month of March was the month he passed away in.

During the time of the memorial ceremony, the staff members working at the Norton Correctional Facility will pay tribute to Counselor Green by wearing mourning bands, badges, and pins in the shape of black ribbons as a way to show their respect. As a token of our appreciation and in recognition of Counselor Green, we are going to do this. Because Mark’s family is going through such a difficult time, we ask that you continue to keep them in your thoughts and prayers as they go through this difficult period. We are grateful. They are in need of your support more than they have ever been before at any point in time. They could significantly advance their progress with some assistance from you.
