The long and enduring relationship that Golden State Foods has had with the Wetterau family will carry on. Mark Wetterau’s brother and business partner Conrad Wetterau, who has been a member of the GSF Board of Directors for the past 25 years, has been elected to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the GSF, beginning immediately. Mike Waitukaitis, who has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of GSF for the past 13 years and who previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer for the organization for a total of 12 years, will continue to serve in this capacity beginning immediately. Wetterau Associates was the company that bought GSF in 1998, and Conrad Wetterau and Mike Waitukaitis are both co-owners of the business.
