MICHAEL, the cherished husband of Margaret, the doting father of Elizabeth, Stephen, John-Paul, and the infant baby Michael who passed away, the devoted Granda to Aoife, Erin, Méabh, Niamh, and Michael, the compassionate sister of Bernadette, a dear uncle to Johnny, and the father-in-law to Damian, Snead, and Christina. MICHAEL was also the caring sister-in-law of Bernadette. On February 1, 2019, MICHAEL was taken from us forever. He had 63 years under his belt.
Those people who had the good fortune to be able to count MICHAEL as a member of their own family unit will feel a deep sense of loss upon learning of his passing. The funeral procession will start at his residence located at 21 Abercorn Road at 9:20 a.m. on Saturday, April 29, and continue to St. Columba’s Church in Longtower for a Requiem Mass which will begin at 10:00 a.m. on that same day.
The funeral service will be held in his honour. After the funeral service has concluded, the burial will take place at the city cemetery.
