Molly Calvert Obituary, Death Cause – Unfortunately, Molly Calvert is not with us anymore since she passed away. In a post, it was stated that Molly Calvert had an extensive military career, serving with distinction in the Navy Nurse Corps for a period of twenty years. She served throughout Desert Storm and Desert Shield, as well as at a variety of duty stations located all over the world, prior to her retirement as a Commander with a number of awards and commendations to her name.

During her time in the military, she received a number of decorations and commendations. On Friday, September 15, 2017, the family will be hosting a visitation at Graham Funeral Home & Cremation Services, which is situated at 1112 Kempsville Road in Chesapeake. The hours for the visitation are from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. A memorial service will be held on Saturday in her honor, and at that service, her family will receive complete military honors. This event will take place on Saturday.

Her daughter, Anna Ellis (Todd), her son, Vladimir Calvert (Amberly), her granddaughters, Leanna and Trey Ellis, her sister, Lynn Fosnaugh, and her brother, Ronald Calvert, together with a great number of other family members and friends, are all left behind to cherish her memory. In addition, she is remembered by a significant number of other people. Before accepting her second retirement in 2016, Mollie was a nurse at Chesapeake General Hospital, where she worked in the labor and delivery section. She also worked at Ocean Lakes Elementary School, where she served as the school nurse. She was an active member of the Bethel Baptist Church, where she sang in the choir, taught at Vacation Bible School, served as a missionary, and performed a huge variety of other duties that it would be impossible to list here.
