Raul Ruiz Meza Obituary, Death Cause – The authorities in charge of providing medical care have made public the name of a male victim who passed away as a result of fatal injuries sustained in a rollover crash that occurred approximately one week ago close to Palomar Mountain. On their website, the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office revealed the identity of the individual who had passed away, claiming that his name was Raul Ruiz Meza and that he had been 23 years old when he passed away.

They also divulged the age at which he had passed away. According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash took place on Monday afternoon on State Route 76 in the Pauma Valley. The intersection of South Grade Road and the spot of the crash were located in close proximity to one another. Reports indicate that Meza was traveling westbound on State Route 76 in a Mazda minivan when his car crossed over into the eastbound lanes, collided with a divider, and rolled over multiple times before coming to a halt on the north shoulder of the highway.

Meza was pronounced dead at the scene. It appears that the accident did not hurt him in any way. The patient was sent to a nearby hospital; however, after receiving treatment for his injuries, it was determined that he was no longer alive not long after he arrived at the facility. Authorities that are members of the medical profession have validated the fact that it was established that an accident was the cause of death as the result of their investigations.
