Sheila Kessler Obituary, Death Cause – I have some really sad news. My beautiful Mom, Sheila Kessler, passed away yesterday. Fortunately, she is now in the loving hands of the Lord. There will not be a public service as her wishes were to have a private family funeral. My heart has never felt so much pain. You will be missed tremendously, Mom. I love you so much! Mom’s Obituary .It is with our deepest sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beautiful Mom and Grammy, Sheila Rae Kessler, on April 26, 2023.

Her grandkids were her biggest joy, and she loved supporting each of them in all of their endeavors. Sheila was a very special person, saw the best in people, and will be dearly missed.
Sheila is survived by her son, daughter-in-law, and grandson, Chad, Brittany, and Brogan Kessler, and her daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughters, Mike, Kara, Emma, Claire, and Ruby Ledbetter, and her sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Craig Patterson.

Sheila was born to Everette and Esther Brogan in Salem, Oregon on April 8, 1943. She was brilliant, resilient, humble, self-made, and full of integrity. In 1965, she graduated with a Master’s degree from the University of Iowa. After moving to Edmond, Oklahoma in 1978, Sheila raised two children on her own and made a very successful living in the real estate business for nearly 45 years. She loved traveling to Hawaii and Aruba, doing crossword puzzles, watching sports, and reading, but most of all, Sheila was happiest when she was with her family.
