Sheridan Loungway Obituary, Death Cause – Sheridan Loungway, a member of the Rough and Ready Fire Protection District Board of Directors for many years, passed away on May 7 due to circumstances that were completely unforeseen. It is with great regret that the Board of Directors makes this announcement. Over his more than two decades of service on the board, Loungway most recently held the position of chairman. Before that, he had been active in the community as a volunteer firefighter. The Board of Directors, along with the rest of the Rough and Ready community, would like to extend our sympathies to his family during this difficult time.

Everyone in the neighborhood was taken aback when they heard the news that Sheridan had passed away unexpectedly. Because it relates to the direction in which the company will go in the future, the Board of Directors is getting ready to make an announcement, and it is one that they will make with a great deal of regret. Loungway was on the board for over twenty years before being promoted to the position of chairman, which he maintained until very recently. The most recent job he’d held was this one. During the time that he has spent on the board of directors, there has been a period of twenty years that have passed.

Prior to that time, he had spent a substantial amount of time and effort in the years leading up to that point serving as a volunteer firefighter in the area. During this difficult time, the Board of Directors along with the rest of the Rough & Ready community would like to express their desire to lend their assistance to his family in order to extend their condolences and to show their support for his family. We are deeply saddened to learn of the demise of a member of your family’s close circle of friends. It has come to our attention with the utmost regret that a member of your family’s intimate group of friends has passed away.
