Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 18, at the Marlow First Baptist Church located in Marlow. Both Pastor Joe Ligeon and Pastor Ron Maxfield will preside over the funeral ceremony, and the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home will be in charge of completing all of the required arrangements. Starla’s birthday is on the 10th of April, and she was born in the city of Harrington, Kansas, in the state of Kansas.

Starla and Norman (Carl) Marsh became husband and wife on September 5, 1998, after exchanging their vows and becoming legally married. Due to the fact that she has been a resident of Duncan continuously for the past half a decade, she is considered to be a long-time resident of the city. She had an intense and unending affection for her three animals, Daisey, Charloette, and Trixie. Her love for them was both profound and unending.
